Tersia has been involved in dog training in different forms since 1998. She has completed a variety of courses in this field. Different training and behaviour courses with well-known South African trainers were passed with merit. She has also completed an extensive clicker training course.

• Advanced Certificate in Puppy Socialization and Training – Thinking Pets
• Canine Behaviour (With merit) – Canine Culture
• Obedience Instructor’s Course (With merit) – Canine Culture
• 6 week course in Clicker training and Learning Theory – Eugenie Chopin
• Basic Animal Behaviour (Dogs) Cum laude – Technikon Pretoria

She is currently enrolled in international courses – in behaviour as well as Tellington Ttouch. She prides herself on the fact that she continues to update her knowledge of dog training methods and behaviour.

Tersia shares her life with three Border Collies and a Rottweiler.
