Hamidah Ajam owns Rottweilers and is a member of the Meridian Rottweiler League in Bedfordview.  She runs the puppy socialisation class on a Sunday morning at Meridian's premises in Bedfordview.

She got involved in dog training in late 2001 when she took her Rottweiler female for domestic training.  This is when the bug caught her, and her interest in dog training grew.

Upon joining Meridian, Hamidah became an assistant trainer in the puppy class and later graduated to managing the class with the assistance of Mara Haylett.

Hamidah has been on various seminars and workshops, always keen to learn new methods and improving her training skills.  She strongly believes that when one works with their dog it should be a cohesive holistic experience and that the partnership between handler and dog should always be happy and healthy!  Dog training must always be a fun experience.

She enjoys competing in BWT, IPO and ITT.  Hamidah is also a Rottweiler breeder and enthusiast and has successfully competed in breed shows over the past few years.
